Overview:
I led the product design for a meditation and wellness platform that combined digital mindfulness practices with community-driven experiences. The product brought together guided meditation, yoga, breathwork, live classes, in-person experiences, retreats, and 1:1 instructor sessions into one cohesive ecosystem designed to support users across a wide range of wellness needs.
Rather than functioning as a simple content library, the platform was designed to create a more connected and personalized wellness journey — blending self-guided practice, expert support, and real-world engagement.
Opportunity
The goal was to design a wellness product that could go beyond passive content consumption and support deeper, more flexible user engagement. The experience needed to serve users across different levels of familiarity with meditation and wellness while bringing together multiple formats, booking flows, and service layers in a way that felt seamless and intuitive.
Role & Achievements
I led product design from concept through launch, owning the user experience across the platform and helping shape how the product came to life across content, classes, booking, and personalized wellness experiences.
Achievements
Led the end-to-end design of the platform across content, booking, personalization, and instructor-led experiences
Designed a multi-layered wellness ecosystem combining on-demand content, live classes, in-person experiences, retreats, and 1:1 sessions
Built the product UX and interaction model for a broad range of feature types, balancing content discovery, personalization, scheduling, and conversion
Created a scalable design system and component library to support consistency as the platform expanded
Collaborated with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to bring the product to launch
Helped define a product experience that made mindfulness feel more accessible, structured, and engaging across both digital and real-world touchpoints
Project Constraints
This project required balancing a wide range of user needs, content formats, and service experiences within one unified product.
The platform needed to support both self-guided and service-based experiences within a single ecosystem
Multiple content modalities — including video, audio, and animation — had to feel cohesive across the product
The experience needed to work for users with different levels of familiarity with meditation, yoga, and breathwork
Booking flows for live classes, in-person experiences, retreats, and 1:1 sessions added service complexity beyond a typical wellness content app
The design system needed to support a growing set of features while maintaining clarity and consistency
