As Chief Product Officer at Joy of Mom, I led the end-to-end product strategy, design, and development across web, app, marketing, and content platforms. I managed cross-functional teams spanning multiple states and countries, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, engineering, and marketing to drive business objectives.

In addition to product leadership, I spearheaded business development efforts, securing key partnerships and sponsorships. I also played a pivotal role in fundraising, creating investor materials—including pitch decks, financial projections, and investment documents—and leading pitches that resulted in seven-figure capital raises.

Beyond product and business development, I helped scale Joy of Mom’s social community to over 3 million members through data-driven content strategies, performance marketing, targeted ad campaigns, and content creation. Aligning product innovation with business growth.
